EPYC 9654 not posting with Samsung ECC RAM - help!

I've been banging my head against this for two days. Supermicro H13SSL-N motherboard, EPYC 9654, and 12x Samsung 256GB DDR5 ECC RDIMMs. System powers on, fans spin, but no POST. Tried 1 DIMM in slot A1, still nothing. IPMI shows CPU is detected. Any ideas?

Check the BIOS version first. H13SSL-N shipped with an early BIOS that had DDR5 compatibility issues. If you can, try flashing to the latest version via IPMI before anything else.

Also make sure your Samsung part number ends in -CQK or later. The earlier DDR5 ECC RDIMMs had compatibility issues with early Genoa boards. What's the exact Samsung model number?

It's M321R8GA0BB0-CQK. Checking BIOS version now via IPMI... it's on version 1.0a from factory. Will try flashing to latest.
